Absolutely the best in Amsterdam, but it doesn’t end there. Everything I have eaten here is top. Plus the owners and staff certainly treat you like family. I cannot suggest this place enough.

So kind! Lovely pasta that we’ve eaten in Vondel Park, then we back in the evening, such amazing and friendly place! Beaten by temptation of fresh mozzarella, they have lovely wine too. At the end, ice cream and limoncello…thanks guys!

i believe that ’saltimbocca’ are from Rome
for sure not typical of Napoli, where I come from

Hi,

we have saltimbocca from Rome, but it is a dish with meat and prosciutto and mozzarella.

This saltimbocca I mean is a sandwich made of pasta of pizza.
Something like “panuozzo” but made of pizza.

I’m not sure is from Napoli, but I always eat it there and you can check also on internet..
